Some music sites offer insightful artist interviews, valuable songwriting and production tips, or brilliant recommendations for great new bands.
This isn't one of them.
The tagline "Your Band Sucks," is your first hint that Rock and Roll Confidential is all about cruel music humor — not the subtle, ironic kind but the pointing-and-laughing, NSFW kind.
There's a blog, a forum, and some tepidly amusing reality-show style video features on bands nobody cares about. Never mind all that — the main event here is RRC's Hall of Douchebags, a.k.a. "Terrible Photos of Terrible Bands."
With photos like these, who needs music?

Among the recurrent themes held up for public mockery: Bands that pose in front of brick walls, chain-link fences, and railroad tracks. Bands with one member dressed in a completely different style. Bands with too much hair. Bands without enough hair. Bands too young to drive to their own gigs. Bands like this, this, and this. Bands made up entirely of dudes named Jeremy.
The clueless, the hapless, and the hopeless are paraded relentlessly through promo shot after promo shot. The cumulative effect will either make you snort with laughter, become highly offended, or shoot yourself — your choice.
