"Five" is a nice song because it was written to say that whatever is going on, we are always five. It's a very special song for all of us, because it means something different to each of us.

Which of your songs is your favorite?

Fred answered quickly: "Colors." It was a song on another album, which we produced ourselves. "Colors" is a song without lyrics – it could last 15 or 30 minutes, it depends on the endurance we have! We originally played this song with our ex-bassist Osvit. Now it is difficult to play "Colors" without him. But it was a really good one. Shoegazey and noisy, it's the kind of song that could make your ears bleed! Fred said, "I can tell you that the first time I saw Perth play live, I heard this song, and I thought, 'Okay, I wanna play with these guys.' Now it's done, and we all hope to create a new 'Colors!'"

We also particularly like the song "Blind," because of the music and the lyrics. I don't know how to explain the way I feel whenever I play this song, but it's like flying above everything, like a dream. I mean that the music carries us away when we are playing, and it's a great feeling. I think that the people who have seen us on stage felt the same way. The lyrics are very important as well. It is the story of a man who is dead, and who looks behind and sees all the stuff he missed in his life. Like us all. It just says, "Cherish every moment of happiness you can encounter in your life, don't miss the little things that can make you happy...don't become blind!"
