How We Do It

It is our experience that events are like fingerprints – no two are exactly alike. That’s why our process is designed to produce a custom solution that accounts for your requirements and budgetary considerations.

Each opportunity begins with a dialogue to investigate and understand the needs and goals of the event. This may include reviewing a creative brief, talking through the event schedule and layout, having a technical call, or performing a site survey to assess the unique physical environment. We like to gather as much imformation as possible to be sure our proposal will work for you.

RightRound takes the collected data and starts developing a plan. Our Production team researches the elements needed to put together the right solution and starts estimating costs. Tech creates an implementation strategy. Together, our team performs a comprehensive analysis and engineers a design

RightRound sends an all-inclusive estimate and description of out on-site work plan. we aim to get it right the first time, but we will go back to the drawing board and adjust if we miss the mark. We want to make a pitch that achieves project goals on time and on budget.

Deployment starts before we arrive on-site. We schedule a pre-production call to quickly review all project details, schedule, deliverables, and address any questions. This also gets our clients working directly with their on-site team leader. On-site, we function as part of the event production team to provide the best service possible.

We have the utmost respect for the confidentiality of our client and their event. We are often asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement before we receive any event information, and we do so gladly. Discretion is one of our core values, and we practice it daily. When posting on social media about events, we always check-in with our clients to learn their comfort level and posting guidelines.

After the event, we’ll check-in for client feedback and provide any requested reports or deliverables. We’ll go the extra mile to build ongoing relationships and earn repeat business.
