Our background includes unparalleled expertise and solid experience in providing critical, dedicated Internet connectivity to technically challenging locations. Our team is a roster of seasoned veterans from the Technology, Motion Picture, Telecom and Hospitality industries. Our motto is that we are event people who do networking. Providing first class service to successful events is what gives our work meaning.

Cliff Skolnick


Cliff Skolnick has more than two decades of experience in Internet servers, security, and connectivity. He was a co-founder and chief information officer of Organic Online, where he designed the network and server architecture used by such high-profile clients as Volvo, Levi’s, Sybase, MCI, Netscape, Saturn, and Microsoft. Before Organic, Cliff applied his networking and software skills at Sun Microsystems in the Internet engineering group as the project lead on one of the Internet Firewall Projects. He also worked at Sun as a developer in the Clustered Systems group and as part of the Sun Professional Services organization. He is a founding member of Apache Group/Apache Software Foundation, the most popular web server used on the Internet. Cliff started DJing in 1980 and still thinks every band needs a synthesizer.

Shannon Blackburn


Shannon Blackburn brings to RightRound a wealth of video production experience that encompasses work on feature films, commercials, television series, online series, and many live music live streams from the biggest and best music festivals in North America including Coachella, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Music Festival. Since joining RightRound, Shannon has gained more experience in video recording and streaming for conferences like SXSW and Startup Grind Global Conference. Shannon’s goal in every project is to deliver first-class service and leave clients with a smile on their faces. Shannon loves karaoke & thinks every band needs horns.

Greg Davis


Greg Davis is a Senior Network Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the event services industry. For the past 19 years, he has provided network design and implementation services at a large scale convention center working exclusively with enterprise-level events. He has also provided consulting services to other convention centers as they implemented or upgraded event network systems. He brings to RightRound the standard of personal service and expertise that our clients expect and makes them feel at ease knowing that their connectivity is in great hands. Greg thinks that more bands should embrace the bass solo.

Sarah Schulze


Sarah joined RightRound in 2014 with 10+ years of hospitality, event coordination, and client relations experience. After earning a Communications Degree in her native South Florida, she set her sights on the high energy night scene while managing an upscale event space and enjoying live music in her spare time. In 2007 Sarah’s love for the scene sent her packing to the Live Music Capital of Austin, TX where she could enjoy live music full time. She started her own booking and event planning company and submerged herself in Austin’s bustling entertainment and hospitality industry. Sarah has an effective work style and is comfortable wearing several different hats, putting her right at home in RightRound’s production department. Sarah wishes that more people would casually break into song and dance because everyone enjoys a musical.

Michael Hall


Michael joins RightRound with 35+ years experience in Information Technology and the Convention Industry developing, managing and delivering technology-based solutions for clients & exhibitors. His networking experienced started in the Air Force with the Defense Department Network (DDN), the precursor to the internet. Michael was the Technology Manager at the Austin Convention Center from June of 1992 until retirement in February of 2009. His production background covers the design and build of communication & satellite farms for Texas gubernatorial races, Presidential nominee town hall meetings, SXSW, ACL, MMF Events, & Texas Rollergirls events. Michael’s experience allows him to quickly establish a professional rapport with customers, helping meet their technical needs. He enjoys traveling, gardening & cooking with his family. A song is medicine for the soul!

Brady Swenson


Brady’s forte is keeping the bigger picture in mind, working at the head of a team, and making sure no detail gets overlooked. Trained as a Leader, he is thorough, methodical, and a good communicator in any environment. In his daily life, Brady is an artist, a maker, an editor, a juggler, a backpacker, a performer, and a marketing enthusiast. He looks for opportunities to create an inherent value in his work, a passion for a community of colleagues, and a hands-on approach to day-to-day activities with RightRound. When not at the RightRound office, you can probably find Brady on stage performing at different venues and events throughout ATX and surrounding cities. Brady believes music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and life to everything. Everything’s better with music! 

Kyle Hagerty


Kyle Hagerty is a System Administrator, Network Technician, and A/V Stagehand with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He started his career working with various startup companies to help build wireless mesh networks and to support Home and SMB clients in the Mountain View, California area. After ending his time working with startups, he became a Stagehand in San Jose, California. As a stagehand, he enjoyed working with RightRound staffers on numerous events and eventually moved to Austin, Texas to join the team full-time. Kyle’s hero is Buckaroo Bonzai.

Bruce Weatherwax


Bruce Weatherwax is a Network Technician with over 25 years experience in the Convention Event Industry with extensive knowledge of communication infrastructure and media protocols to include Fiber Optics, Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) and coax-based systems. His years of hands-on experience deploying and diagnosing large and small enterprise networks make him an invaluable resource to any team. He is most comfortable in a lead or supervisory role pulling from his years of field experience. Bruce is also a semi-pro guitarist who thinks all bands should have at least one guitarist.

Michala Meyer


Michala brings a new perspective to RightRound as one of the newest members of the team. She has a love for learning new things and a love for all things technical. Born and raised in Texas, Michala loves the outdoors, animals and sports, including but not limited to football, hockey, and basketball. In her daily life, Michala is a gamer, a dog mom, and a hockey fan. Michala believes that every band needs an epic drum solo.
