Cliff Skolnick

CO-FOUNDER + NETWORK ARCHITECT

Cliff Skolnick has more than two decades of experience in Internet servers, security, and connectivity. He was a co-founder and chief information officer of Organic Online, where he designed the network and server architecture used by such high-profile clients as Volvo, Levi’s, Sybase, MCI, Netscape, Saturn, and Microsoft. Before Organic, Cliff applied his networking and software skills at Sun Microsystems in the Internet engineering group as the project lead on one of the Internet Firewall Projects. He also worked at Sun as a developer in the Clustered Systems group and as part of the Sun Professional Services organization. He is a founding member of Apache Group/Apache Software Foundation, the most popular web server used on the Internet. Cliff started DJing in 1980 and still thinks every band needs a synthesizer.

Sarah Schulze

GENERAL MANAGER

Sarah joined RightRound in 2014 with 10+ years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, and client relations. After earning a Communications Degree in her native South Florida, she set her sights on the high-energy night scene while managing an upscale event space and enjoying live music in her spare time. In 2007, Sarah’s love for the scene sent her packing to Austin, TX, the Live Music Capital, where she could enjoy live music full-time. She started her own booking and event-planning company and immersed herself in Austin’s bustling entertainment and hospitality industry. Sarah has an effective work style and is comfortable wearing several different hats, putting her right at home as RightRound’s General Manager. These days, she experiences live music through the eyes of her teenage daughter while still appreciating the deep-rooted music scene Austin is known for. In her free time, you can find her at home with her husband and dogs, hiking, taking a kickboxing class, or out supporting the arts. Sarah secretly hopes more people would spontaneously break into song and dance because, in her opinion, everyone loves musicals.

R. Michael Hall

DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL PROJECTS

Michael has over 30+ years in the technical convention center industry. He was the first CIO of the Austin Convention Center and opened the building July 4th, 1992, and worked his last event at the facility (SXSW) as a member of the RightRound team in March 2025. During his time at the “Center” he managed the internal and events IT teams plus oversaw the technical communication infrastructure design aspects of the convention center expansion which opened in 2002 as well as the technical communication infrastructure design/build of the Austin Palmer Events Center. He was a technical design consultant for 7 other convention centers throughout the US. He has held IT positions with Smart City Networks at the Kay Baily Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, Texas and the Legends Global (formally ASM Global) Tucson Convention Center, Tucson AZ. Michael started with RightRound in 2017, and with the Covid Interruption, returned in 2023. He brings an expanded knowledge of the technical convention center industry to RightRound and its clients. And the beat goes on!

Kyle Hagerty

DIRECTOR OF MANAGED SERVICES

Kyle has over 15 years of experience in system administration, as well as 9 years of network architecture, and event connectivity solutions. As Director of Managed Services at RightRound, he works with the team to design and deploy temporary network infrastructure for conferences, festivals, and high-density events supporting hundreds to thousands of concurrent users, while also managing ongoing IT infrastructure and support for clients who need reliable technology without the complexity. Before RightRound, Kyle spent years as a freelance technician and system administrator, building his expertise through hands-on problem-solving and managing complex infrastructures across various organizations. His approach focuses on making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes, from large-scale event networks to server infrastructure and cloud transitions. Kyle maintains an extensive computer lab featuring: network routers running containerized applications, a RaspberryPi server cluster, an IBM PowerISA 9 server, as well as a repurposed gaming PC to run local AI models.

Nina Faile

DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL OPERATIONS

Nina Faile is a highly skilled network and wireless engineer with a proven ability to solve complex problems and design reliable solutions. They have over ten years of experience creating network solutions for a variety of live events, including pro sports, music, entertainment, corporate conferences, and executive team meetings. They have successfully designed and implemented hundreds of high-level projects that meet a wide range of business and customer needs across diverse environments, from conference centers to rural farms. Before working on live events, they were a software engineer on the team that developed the first digital version-control and content-management system used by Leo Burnett Worldwide and Publicis Groupe. Nina believes that music can be more than just mood-changing; it can be life-changing, and they find great joy in being a small part of the magic.

Colin Delano

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

A proud husband, father of two, and Texas native, Colin brings more than 20 years of United States military service and a decade of counterterrorism experience to his work in the technology and communications field. With a proven track record in high-stakes, mission-critical environments, he has developed expertise in the management of network architecture. Colin now serves as a Technical Project Manager at RightRound. In this role, he assists in the deployment, implementation, and sustainment of wired and wireless network solutions, ensuring reliable performance and seamless integration for a variety of clients. As a person with varied tastes, unexpected philosophies, and a penchant for optimism, sometimes you hit the wrong notes, but it’s all music to someone.

Michala Meyer

SENIOR NETWORK SPECIALIST

Michala joined RightRound in 2019 as a Junior Network Technician and then returned post-COVID to continue her growth into a Senior Network Specialist. She has a love for learning new things and all things technical! Born and raised in Texas, Michala loves tech, animals, and sports. In her daily life, Michala is a gamer, dog/cat parent, and major hockey fan. As a drummer, Michala believes that every band needs an epic drum solo!

Benjamin Howard

WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

Benjamin joined RightRound in 2024 after several years of contributing as a contractor. He has worked in the tech industry for almost 30 years in various Logistics and Support roles, including a decade with Apple spent investigating shipping loss claims, managing FTL/LTL shipments for domestic freight dispatch, and handling shipping escalations from the office of the CEO. After moving to startup land and achieving full corporate burnout as liaison between software engineering teams and frontline support agents, he took a few years off to focus on life as a working musician before settling in with RightRound.

Jenn Roland

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Say hello to Jenn Roland, the newest member of the RightRound team, bringing with her 20 years of expertise in ticketing, event management, and administration. As both a Pisces and a Ravenclaw, she is intuitive, creative, and witty (if she does say so herself). Outside of work, Jenn enjoys taking her dog, Julia Sugarbaker, for walks. You can often find them playing fetch and practicing the Dutch concept of niksen—embracing the joy of doing nothing and de-stressing without a goal. Jenn’s first live music performance was in November 2001, seeing Sum41 at the renowned Austin venue La Zona Rosa. She has cherished the opportunity to witness performances by legends like Prince (also at La Zona Rosa!), Elton John, Billy Idol, and Bruce Springsteen. An electrifying set by Ratatat, the enchanting Eras Tour, and powerful performances by Tool and Nine Inch Nails all solidified her appreciation for music production, artistry, and live performances.
